Root cutting Services. A high percentage of drain blockages come from tree root intrusion. This is a major factor in drains blocking and breakages within the structural pipework.
Tree and plant roots tend to spread quite far underground and if your sewer pipes are in the way, the tree root will and can find the smallest gap and grow, this basically causes the pipework to split and once the root has entered the line, it can be a cause of ongoing blockages and eventually lead to collapsed pipes.

This specialist equipment can remove roots without having to excavate. This can be a very cost-effective option for the client and would always be our first plan for the work before any excavation is taken into consideration.
Our drain lining system can also be used after root cutting to prevent the roots from returning and causing future issues. Root problems are usually covered on property insurance, our engineers will advise you to check with your insurance provider prior to these works being carried out.
If the roots have taken too much of a hold and caused too much damage, then possible section replacement may be the next step into returning you drainage to its full working capacity.
